Hi, I’m Shannon Shown

I am married to my wonderful husband, Ethan, and we’re proud parents to our two teenage children, Ava and Luke. Being born and raised right here in the North Carolina Triad, I am so fortunate to have witnessed the growth in this area and build a deep connection with the community. Our state has such unique character and charm, and nothing brings me more joy than helping you find your dream home here! Whether it’s the mountains or the coast, or somewhere in between, I’m your agent and advocate.

Like most of us, in 2020 I decided it was time for a career change. As a former Redken color specialist for over 20 years, I went from helping my clients color their roots, to build roots in their dream homes. If you know me then you know, I have never met a stranger! With my deep connections I have built a team of experts to help you with anything you need during the home buying process and well into homeownership.

I ‘ve noticed that as with most people in the service industry, it’s common for real estate agents to get a bad rap. I believe there’s a better way. My philosophy for every clients is white glove service at any price point.
